Xeltek SuperPro® Piracy will END soon..!
This is a friendly reminder to our end-users and distributors that Xeltek is taking serious actions to stop piracy of selling Xeltek programmers.
Due to high popularity of SuperPro® programmers some resellers have engaged in illegal import and distribution of Xeltek SuperPro® programmers. This resulted in inadequate support to users, degraded reputation for Xeltek, and disruption of authorized distribution channels. Here is the list of those companies that Xeltek’s sales & marketing department has come across with their illegal sales & distributorships:
- Batronix from Germany
- Crownhill Associates Ltd from UK
- ACS Elektronik from Poland
- Beside that we don’t have websites such as Xeltek.cz or Xeltek.ru.
The companies that we have listed above and many others have nothing to do with Xeltek. They have been selling our brand by supplying from illegal channels. is the reason why they are able to sell the same programmer for a lower price. They have neither programming experience nor technical support assurance. If you buy from them; you will not be able to get any technical/customer support from Xeltek Inc.
Our new project; SuperPro® Product Registration (SPR), which will be active very soon, will give this piracy an end! From now on, all the updates of SuperPro® software will require to be registered for the first time. Once you register the software you will be able to download the updates without any problems and you will enjoy the genuine programming experience by deserving the value you paid. The end users who prefer to buy through illegal channels will be wasting their money after 15-days/15-trials once the trial software expires. Since majority of the administrative actions will be ran manually, you won’t be able to hack the software. There is only one way to activate your device, the serial numbers which will be submitted by Xeltek administrators, authorized distributors and end users have to match. Unless those three numbers match, activation code won’t be granted to unlock SuperPro® software. In this manner, it is strongly recommended to buy from authorized sellers from now on. SuperPro® 5000 Software Supports German Language
It has been announced today, Xeltek’s recently released product; SuperPro® 5000, is now supporting German language. For our customers’ convenience, it can be downloadable from Xeltek’s website.
It was also said from the Xeltek headquarter: “It was a fun project! And it was a great product of our family. Our flawless communication channel has created this product. For this project, we worked with our distributors, our support team in USA and our engineers in China. And, we are proud to say that more languages are on the way!”.
As Xeltek Family, we would like to send our special thanks to Thomas Hoffmann from Hoffmann Elektronik, Germany. He was tutoring the project even though he was being treated in the hospital, at that time.
Beside that, our new language supports for different language packs are in beta test right now. With the addition of German language, currently we are supporting English, Chinese, and German on SuperPro® 5000 software. The future coming languages will be Korean, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovak, Russian, etc… All our effort is to satisfy our invaluable customers and give the value they deserve. Illegal Distrubution of Xeltek SuperPro® Programmers
Due to high popularity of Superpro® programmers some resellers have engaged in illegal import and distribution of Xeltek Superpro® programmers. This resulted in inadequate support to users, degraded reputation for Xeltek, and disruption of authorized distribution channels. Xeltek is in the process of establishing a registration process, which will require all authorized distributors and end-users to register in order to complete installation of Superpro® Software (Chinese language version excepted). Here is the summary of operation.
- Serial number of a unit must match from 3 sources; Manufacturer (Xeltek), Authorized distributor, and Purchaser(user)
- Machine and time-zone dependant Authorization code will be issued to complete registration and installation of the purchased unit.
- Both CD and web down-loaded programs will be subjected to registration.
- All units sold in 2008 will be subjected to registration. It will be the responsibility of authorized distributors and purchasers to register.
The resultant effect would be as follows:
- Illegally sold/purchased units will fail to install rendering the purchased unit inoperable.
- In case of a dispute, it is the responsibility of the distributor and purchaser to submit proof of legal sales or purchase.
- Xeltek and its affiliates reserve a right to refuse service to all purchases, which cannot be substantiated as being a legal purchase.
- Distributors must purchase through Xeltek USA, Xeltek China, or Xeltek Korea direct. Any purchase made through other channel is illegal.
- End-users must make purchase through an authorized distributor in their country. In case of a dispute, Xeltek USA retains sole right for determination.
- A purchase made from China, Hong Kong, and neighboring countries for use in other country is illegal.
